http://blog.syracuse.com/orangebasketball/...s_extend_i.html <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The agent for former Syracuse University basketball player Josh Pace told me that the Golden State Warriors have invited Pace to try out for their training camp. Nate McCray, who works with Dynasty Sports Management out of Harrison Township, Mich., said Pace will work out with the Warriors in early June with the hopes of earning a formal invitation to the team's preseason training camp in the fall. McCray said Pace has been getting a lot of interest from NBA teams wanting him to play for their summer league squads. Pace played at Syracuse from 2001 to 2005. He was a sophomore on SU's 2003 NCAA championship team. Pace played for the East Kentucky Miners of the CBA this past season. He scored 23.0 points per game for the Miners. He was named to the CBA American Conference's all-star team and earned second-team all-league honors.</div> This is awesome. I'm happy for Josh, getting a chance to show what he's got. I hope he's improved, and I hope he makes the team.
