Heres some interesting facts 1999-Spurs swept Lakers in 2nd round and went on to win title 2001-Lakers swept Spurs in WCF to go on to win the title 2002-Lakers beat Spurs in 5 in the 2nd round to go on to win title 2003-Spurs beat Lakers in 6 in the 2nd round to go on to win title 2004-Lakers beat Spurs in 6 in the 2nd round to go to the finals but lost to Pistons 2005-Spurs beat Pistons in the Finals for the title 2006-Mavs beat Spurs in 7 in the 2nd round to go to the finals but lost As you can see since the '99 title, every team that beat Spurs have went on to win the title except 2 which went on to lose in the finals. Not trying to Jinx you guys but with the way things have gone every team that beat you has won or made it to the finals. With that said now that Dallas is knocked out I think you guys are the biggest threat in the Western Conference. Of course there is cinderella GS and the team you guys are familiar with PHX. But I think you will shut down their offense, and go to WCF and I don't think GS/HOU or UTA can beat you guys(in a 7 game series). Me and my friends at school all made finals predictions and they all picked Suns in the finals with some Pistons and Cavs picks, but I think you guys will shut them down and make it out of the West, and I'm gonna throw this one out there and say Pistons vs Spurs in the finals, we will see you there.
I sure hope it's not Pistons/Spurs because that was a snoozefest to watch a couple years back. I still believe that my Suns will get past the Spurs, after which it's a walk in the park towards a title.

But the winner of this series will go to the finals, sorry Utah/Golden State.

Spurs are in SOME trouble. Becase Phoenix needs only to win one game in San Antonio - either game 6 OR win one of the next two and take care of their home game (5) to get to a game 7 IN PHOENIX.... In other words, San Antonio needs these next TWO home games to keep the pressure on Phoenix

Still, the Spurs are in major trouble. They were blown out in game 2, and only managed a game 1 win on Steve Nash's nosebleed. I wouldn't count out the Suns winning one in SA of the next two, and then another in Phoenix in game 5, and then finishing the series back in SA in game 6.

First off I am not a Spurs fan, that is why I said "good news for Spurs fans". And I don't see how there is pressure on San Antonio when they are the ones that are going home for two games. They did their job and got the Game 1 win to steal homecourt advantage.
