SUCKED! never thought of suing for it though.... But then i didnt glue my fingers together purposefully. Trying to shift the blame for this mistake makes me not feel sorry for her anymore and is proof our legal and Court system needs an overhaul. Some of the comments are funny too. Like im gonna sue food processing companies for making me fat and unhealthy... Anyhow poor girl, but pay for your mistake yourself, sorry. Don't tie up the courts with such an absurd case. its like we want to not be responsible for not using common sense anymore... I dont know when it changed but somehow we have become so soft we think we can blame anyone and everyone else for our lack of reasoning. in a small way its breaking me down. I only seem to see the bad in people these days because of crap like this. ive had this growing vibe that everyone is out to cheat thy neighbor out of their goods. That every car passing me is looking to cut me off... Etc. im trying to stay positive, but reading stories like this, i fall off the wagon and have to start all over again trying to figure out how i can view society as good rather than evil... I don't want to feel this way, its a serious drag and I've never been this way before. Ive always been a glass half full man or give the benefit of the doubt, but the last few years all i see is this type of stuff and i lose all faith in humanity and people doing the right thing... Its an increasingly lonely feeling.
