    here's an actualy reply to the OP, I'd give them an initial 7.5 out of 10 rating, very solid GM, Malone is an unknown as a head coach but is highly regarded, I like it

    On paper I would grade that an A

    Olshey = A

    Morway = B- Only because he's not a talent guy, just a numbers guy

    Bower = C- Not a big fan

    To be honest I know nothing about these people. I had kind of hoped they might take a look at Sam Mitchell for coach (if they could get permission to speak with him). He really got a raw deal in Toronto.

    i would grade it an incomplete, until i see olshey fire malone mid season and take over the coaching duties on an interim basis
