To all you graphics heads out there, how do you get a white black white border on your sig. I can't seem to figure it out on mine.
Sort of like mine? Here's how: New Layer > Select entire graphic with rectangle tool > new stroke > 2 px. white > new stroke > 1 px. black.

Rectangular Marquee Tool (top left) > Select whole graphic > THEN go to add your new layer > Edit > Stroke > 2 Px. White <u>INSIDE</u> > Edit > Stroke > 1 Px. Black <u>INSIDE</u> Should work now.
OK man awesome I was under the assumption I was to use center. Thanks a ton, and sorry for being a bother.

When you mess up you have to undo, it turns into a mess

But hold shift while you use the pencil tool, that way it makes a straight line. EDIT:CK, try holding shift, it makes it so ther isnt errors(it makes it an absolutely straight line)

What I do is make the signature 4 pixels smaller in height and width to avoid cutting off my work. Then when I'm finished I save and open in Paint and then alter the image size (such as 96 x 396 to 100 x 400). Use the small box outline using black color at the corner of the image and expand correctly. Copy and paste as a new image in Photoshop and alter the specs. I don't think that'll be quicker then C.K's suggestion, but it only takes about 15 seconds anyway.
