The Seahawks led 7-0 with 57 seconds left. Then Eli comes in and completes like 5/7 passes. Then we make it to the 1 yard line on a pass interference penalty. I try to rush it in with barber, but they stop me and now it's 2nd and goal on the 6 yard line with 5 seconds left. Eli passes it to Shockey. Shockey drops the pass and it's 3rd and goal. I run another play for Shockey and TOUCHDOWN as time expires! We go into OT and Eli threw a 50 yard pass to Burress and then one more for the TD and the win. Giants win 13-7.Has anyone else had any great 4th quarter comebacks?
Yep.Like I told you on AIM, i'm like 14-1 or maybe more wins. Not sure. If you're in a situation like that man, just take your time, don't rush down the field, just take your time and I promise you'll have the game in your hands at the end AND about me being 14-1, 16-1, or whatever, you might think that is Bulls*** but i'm serious. You can believe what you want but I'll tell you one thing though, if you tried that 2 minute warning drill, it gonna help you. That's what I did then all of a sudden, I just know the plays I gotta do and such.Hope you win the superbowl manny
Yea I haveIt was against the Panthers, it was the game of the week4th quarter, Panthers just scored a TD and kicked it off. About a minute left, We got it to about the 50 yard line, about 20 seconds left, 1 time out, 4th and 10. Called a timeout and it was going to be a 59 yard FG. Kicks it, nearly wide left but barely squeezed it in. 23-21. No TOL on each side.Edinger kicks it, recovered at the 10 and runs it to the 20. Our defense held them and we won.
All these sound awesome, but sadly, the only fourth quarter comebacks I've seen are the ones that I give up. You see, I played as the Browns on All-Madden through an entire season last year (and finished 5-11), so there's obviously going to be some A**-kickings in there somewhere. As for me being on the giving end, the only true comeback that I put up wasn't even on Madden... I was playing NBA 2k5 last year and had the game all tied up at the end of the first overtime. The game was of no real importance, but with less than a second left, Ray Allen drives the line and lays a teardrop right in the bucket. Twas beautiful, if I may say so myself.

The score is 35-28 (I'm winning) with 20 seconds left and hes driving down the field. He's at my 40 yardline and runs it with Vick to the 10. He then runs it again for the TD with 1 second left. I was so mad I started cursing and not paying attention (and of course he was like haha you suck you suck b****). I thought he was just going to kick the extra point and go into OT but since I wasnt paying attention I saw he threw a pass to Crumpler for the 2 point conversion. So I put Cris Chambers in to return the kick. Instead of doing a squib kick he kicks it right to me. I ran straight up the middle did a few jukes and spins and Im in the endzone. Greatest Madden moment ever. (You can imagine what I started saying to him after, LOL)
I just had a GREAT ONE!It's the Superbowl in Superstar Mode with my RB who is in his 4th career year (2) with the Panthers. There's :06 seconds left on the clock this is the 2nd OT after the Pats forced OT with an INT in the redzone returned for a TD with no time left on the clock, no men in the backfield, obvious pass situation on 3rd and 9 back on my own 10 yard line after being sacked for a loss. Delhomme drops back, my RB takes a deep route, the pass is thrown right before Delhomme gets hit! oh no the pass was effected and is soaring towards Rodney Harrison! Harrison INTERCEPTS IT! But Steve Smith comes up to hit harrison, the ball pops into the air, my RB CATCHES IT ON THE RUN! I get a block, another block, TOUCHDOWN!PANTHERS WIN THE SUPERBOWL IN A REMATCH VERSUS. THE NE PATRIOTS.Whooo I saved the replay and added it to my library of fantastic plays/big hits. I wish you could show people your replays via xbox live, that'd be cool.funny note: Steve Smith was out for the entire season (got injured in the preseason) and than came back to play in the Superbowl to have a pretty good game but cause the game winning fumble.

Jamal (Me) goes out on a limb, guarantee victory in his first ever Suprbowl appearance, suddenly he's a "Team liabilty" or w/e. Gametime: Down 6 with 20 seconds, Campbell cathes an 85 yard touchdown pass to tie it up, we win with the extra point attempt. Incredible. I was going crazy
Yesterday on XBL:I was the Colts and them, the Vikings. My brother was playing a little, and was losing 21-3 late in the 3rd Quarter. HE then gave me the controller to come back, no way Im coming back, right? Wrong.I then rushed 24 of my next 25 plays for 258 rushing yds for James, and Manning 2 for 2, with 2 passes to the TE. End up winning 29-28.James: 35 carries 279 rush yds 3 TD
Only good comeback I can remember is...I was playing my friend on XBOX Live in Madden 05 last year, he was the Pats, I was the 49ers, he was leading the entire game, the entire time not 1 of my wideouts/receivers caught a pass. Last minute on the clock I needed a TD to win, couldn't tie with a feildgoal, in the redzone, out of timeouts, no time to spike, snapped the ball and popped it right to one of my tight ends for a touchdown. i was amazed.
Oh S***. I was just playing the Raiders, up 24 - 10, I had just scored a touchdown, and they onside kicked it. The recovered, scored a TD. They forced a fumble on me, scored a TD. Forced an INT, FG at the buzzer to win. S***
