I blame the players and the addition of new rules. College bball is waaaaaaaay more exciting than the NBA.the reason is the loss of the basics. Basic passing, shooting, footwork, do these players look at footage of anyone but mike. I know mike is the best. But not every player has that same work ethic, stature, athletisism, and hands like mike. the three second rule was made for barkley who would back you down for 20 seconds if you let him. BUt rules like that dont help basketball. then they took away the zone then add it back in? what the F was that. You dont change the rules of the game so that players can score more points.Next they will allow And1 basketball move into the game and people will travel and carry without the fear of a turnover.

Basketball is a challenge, stop babying these players. Man where are your future reggies, dale ellise, thunder dan, craig hodges, steve kerr, chris mullins, tim hardeway, people who could actually shoot and hit clutch shots to make games exciting. Players who arent that special are getting drafted out of college early and from high school. The nba shouldnt be a daycare center. it should be a place where men who know the game come to compete. people are now believing that colege isnt important to the NbA game. but it is it is a right of passage that preps the body mind and skills for the ultimate level of basket ball, the NBA. But the reason for all of this madness is MONEY. Players dont have to work for the big contracts anymore. The players cry about their mony woes, but they have forgotton that they are EMPLOYEES they arent buisness owners so if they want to cry about making millions. start your own league!

P.S. Players want to be like mike, but have forgotten "The Love Of The GAME"

    ONE!(love)
