    Sherman thinks it could really happen. They would have to take on 70 million plus give up 3 high end prospects. Cashman better get something going especially if this happens.

    Why wouldn't they? They have money to spend and the addition of Lee to the pitching staff gives them a chance this year for the title.

    ...the Sox's farm is not rated much better than the Yanx, if at all depending on who you talk to ...not sure Boston has the chips or the willingness to give them up for Lee

    ...Lee at Fenway?...not so sure about that formula.

    ...plus, Philly would have to eat a sizable chunk of his contract.

    If they're willing to give up Bogaerts + and pay most of his contract they deserve to have Lee, if not and they still get him the Phillies are nuts.

    ...from what I've heard I've heard, "Bogey" will not be part of the deal, according to Boston.
