Another friggin scrub ruins what would've been a nice win. They can stick the night cap up their ass.
Yep Warren blew the canoe but the offense proved shabby as well. If I were Bmac I'd be grabbing Warren right by the stacking swivel and making a door with him. Great game, tough loss.
Adam Warren SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. What is the love affair the Yanks have with this Ham & Egger? It doesn't take a genius to have figured this piece of shit out by now. He wets his pants. This guy has lost 6 games out of the pen.....if...if....yeah I know.....if he could've just held this lead and lost ONE less game, the Yanks would have 68 losses and could've realistically looked to cut the WIld Card deficit down to 2-3 games by monday. And where the heck is an effective lefty (vs LHB) just for a spot like THIS. I would prefer TWO leftys...but what do I know...?.... I guess RH middle relievers who don't posses a single "out-pitch" are more effective vs LHB than a lefty with some type of sharp breaking ball. CLOWNS!
I've already sniffed out this Warren character.... From a previous post-- http://sportstwo.com/threads/269300-Could-the-Yankees-at-least.....?p=3419515#post3419515
I realize the Yankees' chances were already slim coming into this 4 game series with Baltimore, but this crushing loss (2-1) in the first game of a double-header vs Baltimore can be the loss we look upon as the one which probably cost the Yankees' and their fans the final couple of weeks of very important exciting September baseball. Yanks were spiritless and flat as pancakes after that sabotage job by Warren for the 2nd game as they got shut out by the immortal Gausman (and co.). Presto ---> 2 losses before Friday night was over costing the Yankees dearly in the wildcard hunt and just about squashed their chances. And Adam Warren is the one who pulled the plug on them in that 9th inning. A hit-batsman, two walks and a game winning line drive hit. I can smell the stink from here. The yellow-belly SKUMBAG "spit the bit". (God bless Boss George)
