Greece, one of the few teams in the EuroBasket Tournament lacking NBA stars, won the whole tournament. In my opinion many of the players should now be looked at in the NBA. Papaloukas, the scoring threat is one of the NBA players that I think should be invited to a training camp.
I think the Lakers should try to get Diamantidis in their training camp. He will probably leave his team in Greece, Panathinaikos, if asked to go to the NBA. Diamantidis is capable of playing the point guard at his height (6'5") and boasts the best defender in Europe. Isn't this the type of player the Lakers want? And, on top of that, he probably would come very cheap, probably for a little more than $1M. I say forget Spree, get this player while you can! Any thoughts?

He is a well respected player in Europe, and if they can get him cheap, they shouldnt hesitate.
