#16. Green Bay Packers :-: Marshawn Lynch, RB (Cal) #16. Green Bay Packers :-: Ted Ginn Jr. ,WR (Ohio State) #16. Green Bay Packers :-: Adrian Peterson, RB (Oklahoma)
I can't imagine Peterson fallling that low...Lynch would be a nice pickup there or Ginna as well.....The Packers are a lot like the Niners and could use some help at a few positions.....I think Lynch would be a great pick at 16.
I really think Lynch would be a great fit as well. Peterson won't fall that far and I really think Ted Ginn has bust written all over him. He's a bad fit for the Packers west coast offensive approach. They really need a big deep threat to replace Javon Walker. Not another WR that can go across the middle. They have 2 good one's with that.
Will Ahman Green be back in Titletown? Chambers is scheduled to make 5.4 mil next year. I say Chambers for Green & a 6th in the upcoming draft My rationale; CC went to UW & I heard that GB is looking to upgrade their WR corps.

I think you can get more for chambers than that. Green has basically no value. sun is setting on his career. I think CC for green and a 3rd

-shakes fist at FP- I like Fergy >.< I think we need two dominate RBs and then the third / Morency for those plays hes good at.

They're looking for a better deep threat. Green though is a free agent and probably would only leave Green Bay if he gets a big contract offer. If not I think he'll resign with the Packers for incentive base deal.
I hope Green returns also. We need that deep threat and I think we should search more before we jump on the Chambers wagon.
Um yea im done with Fergy, Iv'e taken up for him alot for the last few years, and thought last year when Walker went down he'd be able to come in and play at near the same level, i was wrong, plus he is very injury prone(not his fault), but its time for a change of scenery for Fergy, He most likely wont be back.
Im a fan of brett farve... even though i lost alot money because of him... haha. but i think greenbay should go for Troy Smitt.... The way how he pass the ball with confident....

I say give him a chance but I hold all Tedford QBs on short leashes, i just don't think he's gonna be good at all, I hope im wrong, and he's the Face of the Franchise for the next 8-10 years but I seriously doubt he will be.

Smith needs to workout at the combine and playin the Senior Bowl before he deserves any consideration for that high of a pick. Until then there are a lot of questions about him.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pats3timeChamp)</div><div class='quotemain'>Porky.... What you think if troy Smitt was draft by Greenbay..</div> Waste of a pick? I believe.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pats3timeChamp)</div><div class='quotemain'>Porky.... What you think if troy Smitt was draft by Greenbay..</div> I'll have to see him at the combine and Senior Bowl this year before I know how much I really like him. I like the fact he has poise and is a winner. He also has great intangibles but he just doesn't have the size to be an NFL QB. However neither does Drew Brees and Brees is the best QB in football this year. So I think we'll all learn a lot from Smith come Senior Bowl when the talent is equal all over the field. Personally I would be upset if GB passed on Marshawn Lynch if he was on the board even if it is for a QB.
My Mock Draft for the Packers first 2 pics goes a little something like this 1. Marshawn Lynch RB Cal Alternate 1: Laron Landry S LSU Alternate 2: Ted Ginn Jr. WR Ohio State(although i don't think his route running is developed enough, he gives us an explosive weapon not only on offense but on Special teams, and gives a deep threat back to the offense). Alternate 3: Reggie Nelson S Florida 2. Daymeion Hughes CB Cal Alternate 1: Greg Olson TE Miami Alternate 2: Ryan Harris OT Notredame Alternate 3: Aaron Rouse S Virginia Tech Beyond this I don't know too much, as my knowledge grows I'll start updating and do a Mock as usual.
ughhh I don't want Ted Ginn anywhere near the Packers. He's very raw and is a huge project. His route running is the best thing he actually outside of running. His hands aren't the greatest. He's a decent deep threat but he's not going to go up and get the ball for you. He's more of a burner. I think he has bust written all over him. I hope Green Bay avoids him.
