Gerald got absolutely robbed. This dunk contest wasn't based on dunks it was based on popularity. Please America, admit Gerald outdunked Dwight Howard. Remember: Green 4 dunks Howard 3 dunks How did Howard win this thing. The real dunk champion is Gerald Green! FEARRRRR
HAHA. I can't believe it, something actually thinks Green was robbed?! Dude, you're an absolute homer. Green's birthday cake dunk was nice, but everything Dwight did was much better.
H54L don't be an idiot. Gerald Green was the biggest joke of the dunk contest. I don't even know how you can say he put up 4 dunks, his last 2 were the same dunk just slightly different details. He wasn't as creative, he wasn't as dynamic, he didn't deserve to win at all. I mean honestly it was just pathetic watching him do the same between-the-legs dunk over and over. Gerald Green would be an impressive dunker if this was 2000-2002. Now he's a joke. He's not even a basketball player, he's a dunker, and he can't even be good at that??? FEAR finishing out his basketball career overseas. (oh, and Dwight's superman may not have been a dunk, but I think that's a moot point. I felt that whatever-you-want-to-call-it was much more impressive than a dunk. Being able to get so high than you can throw the ball down through the net is ridiculous)
H54Life, you are now officially the biggest homer of a player I've ever met. I don't know how you can come inhere and say Green was robbed. Green can't come close to what Howard could do and Howard won deservingly. Don't start hyping Green because Green is a horrible basketball player and doesn't do shit. You're just making yourself look like a fucking idiot.
Get off Green's nuts. His first dunk was nice, all of the others were boring. None of his dunks beat the double alley-oop from Dwight. Face it, your hero/idol/lover lost. Your posts are getting ridiculous.

Please, I can understand getting a bit worked up about Dwight's superman "dunk", but Green was horrible and Howard brought much more innovative dunks to the table. Im glad Howard won it. Im tired of seeing the same dunks year after year. The only new and good dunk Green had was the birthday cake dunk, and to be honest, he could have done more with that dunk. The contest is based on creativity, imagination, and fan reaction. Howard blew out Green in all those areas.
Dwight deserved to win based on the tap of the backboard dunk alone. Obviously H54L is going to make this thread, but the people trying to say that Green's dunks were bad/easy/boring are acting just as ridiculous as he is. Green could have made a better case for himself if he did his dunks in a better order. He should have done the barefoot dunk in the 1st round because the judges actually realize how difficult it is to get that high without shoes, the average person thats going to sit there texting a letter to the NBA probably doesn't. He also should have saved the birthday cake dunk for last because the people voting have the benefit of replay. The judges seemed to be confused with what he actually was doing, especially Daryl Dawkins who seems to just be clueless, in general.
greens dunks were a letdown, the birthday cake especially, all he did was rise and blow out a candle while landing a simple two handed dunk, that was the only one that even had any hype. dwight won that constest easily, from the start
