Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy surrendered an assortment of guns to police on Friday, a day after a judge ordered him to turn over all firearms and weapons as an amendment to his bond for domestic violence charges. The surrendered items were assault weapons and shotguns. Officials from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said all the guns are legal under North Carolina statutes.
