Rudy and Greg will be there.

Bayless and Batum are tough to call. If Bayless has a few more games like last night, he might get in.

Each team only gets nine players. Oden will probably make it on hype alone. Possibly Rudy, but that's it. There are just too many good rookies this year - especially at the guard position. There aren't any LeBrons or Kobes in this class, but a lot of players that will be future all-stars.

Here's my rookie team roster (in no particular order):

    Rose
    Mayo
    Westbrook
    B. Lopez
    Beasley
    Oden
    M. Gasol
    Rudy

    And, one of:

    Gordon
    Chalmers
    Augustin
    Love

    BNM

There is a pretty good rookie class out there this season. Batumshockalocka and Bayless have the talent to go, but they just haven't played the minutes. I think DJ Augustin should play. I've been impressed.

Yeah, I don't think Bayless has a shot over other guys who have played all season.

BNM's rookie squad looks good to me.

    My sophomore squad would be:
    Durant
    J. Green
    Horford
    Hawes
    Thaddeus Young
    Stuckey
    Wilson Chandler
    Conley
    Scola

    Other candidates:
    Aaron Brooks
    Daequan Cook
    Nick Young
    Al Thornton
    Jamario Moon

Rudy should be there, Greg will go, even if statistically he is only the 3rd best center of his rookie class. I don't think Batum or Bayless will. It is a hell of a rookie class though. I actually think the rookies will win this game.

Well, Batum and Bayless can go to the soph game next year.

Roy is pretty much a lock for All Star.

Just having two rookies in the game reflects how well KP is at drafting talent. The fact that we have FOUR rookies who are talented enough to play in this game is absolutely amazing.

No offense, bro, but a player like Aaron Brooks, Al Thorton and even Nick Young have really been playing a lot better than someone like Conley. But its a very good list overall.

If it were judged simply on season-long performance, Rudy and Batum are in like Flint, and that's all folks!

No offense taken. That's why I mentioned the other kids. And Conley was with the rookie squad last year. There's only nine spots.
