A hearing was set for Tuesday over alleged curfew violations by Griffin, who was released by the Rockets earlier this season. State District Judge Mike Anderson revoked his bond at a court hearing Monday.

"He has violated the curfew several times and some violations are more serious than others," Jane Waters, an assistant district attorney for Harris County, told The Associated Press.

does he still have his contract? If he does, I hope the Nets waive him. He's a waste of money.

I have no pity for a guy that puts himself in jail. A guy like that shouldn't even deserve to have a second chance in the NBA let alone call himself a professional.

He has talent but its his behavior thats the problem. I think the nets should have never signed him. He's just trouble. He's always having troubles with the law.

Nets should wave him, he looks like a worse version of sheed. Hope things work out for him but IMO the nets should waive him.

The Nets took a gamble and it looks like they lost. Griffin is full of potential but is too full of crap that he decided to shoot at his grilfriend instead of working on his still-raw game. Thank god he's a pea-shooter, but the Nets still refused to see all the problems he has and signed him, now a few hundred thousand dollars go down the drain.

All that hope was destroyed when he got into jail again.
