Former Suns executive David Griffin remains the early favorite to become the next general manager of the Nuggets. Denver ousted Rex Chapman and Mark Warkentien last week. Griffin has the strong support of Nuggets adviser Bret Bearup, according to multiple sources. Raptors executive Masai Ujiri is also scheduled to interview with Denver this week.
