I made this thread so that I could savor the moment. Only the Spurs and Pistons have better records than the Grizzlies. Amazing, eh? The great thing is how we're winning, with team play and defense. I think tonight's win against the Magic tells a lot about how we've been performing on the year. We win by 22 points, and Pau Gasol, the team's franchise player, finishes with a very modest nine points. We're not a one player team like the Cavaliers, Timberwolves, Lakers, or 76'ers. Imagine how the Lakers would do if Kobe was held under ten points. I know they sure as hell wouldn't win by 22 points. I love it... Go Grizz!
I couldn't be happier with our start. I've still got scars about seasons past so i won't get too excited, but i'm going to enjoy the good times whilst i can.
