Grizzlies' guard Conley finding range with 3-pointers

Don't look now, but the barely 6-1, 210-pound floor general is flexing his muscles from beyond the 3-point arc. Part of the Grizzlies' success of late can be attributed to their deft shooting ,with Conley's hot hand from long range bolstering their offense.

He's emerged as the Grizzlies' best 3-point threat statistically, shooting a team-high 41.8 percent from long distance for the season. Conley has buried 15 of 24 3-pointers during the team's four-game winning streak.

Memphis has won five of its past six overall and Conley sank 18 of 30 3-point shots during that stretch.

Matching his career high with four 3-pointers in each of the last three games is one thing, but Conley's marksmanship is impressive, too, because he's making 3s in a variety of ways.
