Pundits claim the Los Angeles Lakers will take a worse ride over the next two weeks. No one is ready to count out the still talent-rich Minnesota Timberwolves.

Talk surrounding the Memphis Grizzlies routinely centers on the parts they are missing.

But that's for outsiders, and those looking up at the Western Conference's seventh-seeded playoff team.

"We don't talk about that," Griz coach Mike Fratello said Thursday after preparing his team for tonight's game against Utah and the conclusion of this week-long road trip Saturday night at Portland.

The Grizzlies have won four of their past five games with Fratello extracting maximum effort from several role players thrust into starting jobs. Fratello pointed to preparation, execution and supreme focus as the key ingredients to the injury-riddled Grizzlies finishing the regular season as two of the four teams vying for the seventh and eighth seeds. </div> Source
