A month ago I was really hoping he wouldn't leave, but he just let his team lie down for the last month of the season. I think a good replacement would be either Jason Garrett or Josh McDaniel, both guys with an offensive mindest who (i hope) won't mess with the Tampa two. Garrett in particular stands a chance to really groom Josh Johnson, who I'm hoping succeeds Garcia when the time comes.
