    Brian Kelly preaches a next man approach, but Tony Pike hasn't impressed me.

    However there are 2 weeks until facing Miami (OH) so a lot could happen. Demetrius Jones still doesn't know the offense or have good mechanics yet but he is a tremendous athlete. Chazz Anderson had an impressive camp, but he might be too young for Kelly to go with.
