I can't understand half of your post.Don't call players sh*t. They wouldn't be in the NBA if they were.Boris Diaw won't try anymore? Give me a break. Nash helps his stats, and he does have a nice hefty contract, but he's not a slack off player, and his versitality is much needed.Biedrins isn't a double double machine yet. The entire trade is decent, but it would never go down.. Do the contracts even work out? There is no way the Sixers trade Andre Iguodala and Rodney Carney yet. Same with PHX and Leandro Barbosa, and GS and Monta Ellis and Andris Biedrins. Golden State loses Biedrins, Troy Murphy and Patrick O'Bryant, and only get Sam Dalambert and Steven Hunter back up front? Golden State needs big man help. All they have is Ike Diogu and Adonal Foyle, add Dalambert, who doesn't have any good skills besides athleticism, and Hunter, and it's not that great. They have a pretty solid frontcourt right now, there is no need to change it. Baron Davis, Jason Richardson, and Boris Diaw do make a nice starting backcourt, Barbosa is a pretty solid backup, and Korver is a shooter they would want. But for GS, it comes down to the big men.Phoenix would love Monta Ellis and Andre Iguodala, but there is no need to trade Boris and Leandro. They fit well in the system, and they should not try to change it around. I would love to see Marion, Iguodala, and Amare on the same line with Nash at the point. The Suns would want more frontcourt help anyway. Philadelphia would like some more big men help. Troy Murphy, Patrick O'Bryant, and Andris Biedrins would turn around the franchise's lack of big men. But losing Iguodala would be too hard to recover from. Dalambert would not be missed from Philadelphia, but the Sixers have bigger issues of concern, mostly around CWebb and AI.

Murphy+AB>>>>>>>Dalembert+HunterThen we're losing Monta for Barbosa. Monta is basically Barbosa +confidence. Then we trade MP for a Diaw who is fat and doesn't try anymore and can't succeed without nash anyway. There is no reason whatsoever to do that trade except to get rid of dunleavy. As much as we all want dunleavy gone, it's not worth getting rid of a monta ellis who will be a superstar within two years, Andris Biedrins who is finally a solid center, Murphy who is still one of the ten best rebounders in the league, POB who theoretically has some potential (even if we can't see it), and MP, who would dominate for phoenix because that's the style that would benefit him. In return we get a Diaw who doesn't try anymore. A couple of one dimensional players. And Barbosa, who is a great young player, but not as good as monta. The gist of this is that no young up and coming team is going to completely blow up their nucleus (including trading a future star) unless they get a superstar in the deal.
Sounds to me like you're just a sourpuss GS fan. Diaw's a big man too, I'd say Diaw >>>> Biedrins + Murphy. And yes the salaries work. I figure it's a rule(or should be) that if you post a trade the salaries have to work. I used ESPN's trade machine thing.

Murphy is pretty talented himself. Boris is great, but he is going to drop off a little from last year. But he isn't a lazy ass like what that Pestilence kid says.Pest, why would Golden State trade away big men for shorter players, when they need big men themselves? They wouldn't just trade it to PHX b/c PHX needs help....
what a joke of a trade. you think anyone in their right mind is going to trade a third of their team in one deal? no way, not midseason anyway. That would break up SO much chemistry, definitely not worth it.
