This could be a trap game for the Jazz. Everyone thinks that the Grizzlies are a pushover, and they really should be, because of their record. But the reality is that these players have no intention of tanking, and ever since Pau Gasol has been back, he's gotten the team to play on the same level of the elite teams of the league.

If the Jazz want to win this one, they've got to double down on Gasol, because really, every play in the Grizzlies' offense runs through him. Mike Miller's a hell of a scorer, but the Grizzlies only have one or two set plays for him, so basically, if you shut down Gasol, you shut down Memphis.

Another thing to look out for is the penetration of the Grizzlies' point guards. None of the three point guards in their consistent rotation are distributors, they're penetrators who have made their name in this league by driving to the rim for the easy bucket and/or the contact. If the Jazz can deny Gasol the ball in the post and cut off the penetration of Memphis' point guards, then the Jazz should walk away with this one.

    Prediction:

    Memphis - 91
    Utah - 100

Some nagging groin and wrist injuries. But he has just recently said he's fit enough to play vs. the Grizzlies.

No I was actually asking God why........ lol

But anyways..... terrible 1st quarter by the Jazz, but they took control shortly there after. Double doubles for Boozer and Williams, season high 25 pts for Harping.

Wow, I missed everything, didn't even know there was a game today. I guess Utah came out ready today because of that last game they blew in OT against this team. Grizz shot 3-20 from behind the arc, much worse than last time where they were 12-14 shooting 3's in the 2nd half or something like that last time.
