I know its been out for a while, but i'm a Microsoft backer so it was just made available for the 360 last week. Man am i addicted. This game is great, but i'd have to say that alot of the songs lean too much to metal for my liking. Anyways, anyone into this game?

I think of this game basically as DDR without the dancing exercise. I like the concept, but I'd rather play my real guitars.

Fine. But if you are just a casual person, you will never have the patience or the time to actually learn to play "Free Bird" by lynard skynard....I mean a song like that would take years to learn to play properly, this game just gives people a sensation of jamming to classics, its great. If I were to pick up a real guitar, i'd be doing bars and learning cords till the cows come home.

I love the game. I've had it on the PS2 since it came out. I'm within two songs of beating the whole game on expert, and I've beaten it on hard on both the X360 and PS2. The only songs standing in my way, at least on the PS2 version, are Psychobilly Freakout and Institutionalized.
