When I think back to the end of the regular season I never thought we would get this far. I like others on this board was convinced we needed a couple of players to get to the cup. This team has really come together and although we may not get the cup, I'll support them till the end. Lets Go Rangers!!!

Great post. They have had a great season. Hopefully they win game four and extend the series. Not expecting any miracles but not ready for the season to end tomorrow night. Nobody is upbeat when their team gets so far and then loses. Doesn't matter if it's a sweep or seven games you're still going to have the same disappointed feeling.

you never know...as a fellow yankee fan, who expected the 04 red sox to come back...again I know another baseball reference but these are the times you start pulling for any kind of motivation.

Is it almost totally impossilble..yes...has it been done in the NHL....once...
I don't think you can get lopsided a series than that 2004 Yanks Sox series..night and day....

Like Mess said all we can hope for is to push the game to game 5. Then get to game 5 and push for a game 6....

just like you cant hit a 5 run home run..you cant win 4 games at once...

Its not about how you fall, its about how you pick yourself up.

PICK YOURSELF UP RANGER FANS! WE AINT DEAD YET

How many Kings fans expected the Kings to come back in round 1?

i agree TC, the reason why a lot of us are upset is because we easily could have been up 2-1 right now, we were the better team in game 1 and 2, and the fact we lost both games makes it so much more frustrating, but when we all look back, we can see where this team is going and be happy. It is what it is, would it be amazing to win the cup? yes definitely, but looking back this post season was pretty amazing.

I consider this season as very successful even if we get swept in the finals. We have one of the best coaches in the East if not in the entire NHL. With some right tweaks to this current roster, we can get back to the finals sooner than later. In 94, the team was really old and Smith mortgaged the future at the deadline. I feel this current ranger team can get back at it again with the right additions in the off-season.

Agree step and this will be the first offseason AV will be able to add more players that fit his system. Sather has shown in the past he will try to get the type of player the coach wants for his system.
