In January Utah has 14 games against Western opponents, 3 Eastern opponnents. They have 7 road games, all against Western teams, 10 home games with 7 Western teams. The only positive, is that the Eastern teams are Miami, Cleveland and Atlanta. So obviously wins will be hard to come by and if Utah can escape with a .500 or better record over this month, they will have done well. This month will be a good indication if Utah are a true playoff contender or not.
Yes this will definitely test the Jazz's "staying power" Hopefully, they will do well in this tough month. If they play hard and are unselfish, I think they will be alright
It'll no doubt be a tough month for the team. It will test their will and see if Jazz is a legit playoff contender or not. And I feel that this team has the ability to do well this month and prove to be a playoff contender.
