Milwaukee Iron wide receiver and 11-year Arena Football League veteran Damian Harrell became the AFL's all-time leading receiver in the third quarter tonight against the Orlando Predators when he caught a five-yard pass from quarterback Chris Greisen. Harrell needed just seven receptions to break the record coming into tonight's game and with his eighth reception tonight took sole possession of the record. In last week's game Harrell became the AFL's all-time leader in receiving yards when he caught a 12-yard pass in the second quarter. Harrell now leads the AFL for career receiving touchdowns, receiving yards and receptions. The record was previously held by Lawrence Samuels, who is currently on injured reserve with the Tampa Bay Storm. The Milwaukee Iron have ascended to the highest level of Arena Football as a member of the Arena Football League.
