It doesn't matter, he doesn't have a chance unless the Nets finish at least top four in the East and LeBron James gets injured in January.

Statistically yes, but he has to be on a top team in the league to win MVP.

Nope. LeBron is on a better team, having a better season, with worse supporting cast. No chance in hell.

Sure, getting recognized is more important, all of us knows that he has no chance.

I have a feeling he'll drop out of the race by season's end. Nonetheless, nice to see him there, right now.

Well if he could put up stats somewhere between what he did last year, and where he is at now, he'll in the running for MIP.

The better he does, the better the team does. Who knows. The candidates start dropping like flies.

MIP? Yes. MVP? He could be in the running if the Nets end up with 45+ wins and Devin has some nice numbers plus some clutch performances(Which he has already)

LeBron has already clinched the MVP award, unless Chris Paul leads the Hornets to a better record than the Cavs and averages outrageous numbers. Which isn't likely to happen.

Harris is definitely the leading candidate for MIP so far.
