one more to kill the leagues dream of a Lakers/Celtics final....any team that punishes a Boston based franchise is ok in my book....

Regular season basketball is very different from playoff basketball. Hell Mike Woodson has found was to exploit the Celtics.
hawks have beaten them off pure athleticism and Joe Johnson, I'm pretty sure there's no team nearly as athletic as the hawks, that are still playing.
Come on, Celtics are 8-2 against the remaining teams in the Western Conference playoffs. Lets not pretend that they aren't a good team. They either split (Utah/New Orleans) or swept (San Antonio/Los Angeles/Houston) these Western powers in the regular season.

In a playoff series where teams have time to study and make adjustments, the Celtics are being exposed by the Hawks

Cavs were 3-0 against Spurs last regular season, yet they got annihilated in the Finals.

San Antonio and Pheoenix would wreck the mostly inexperienced Celtics, and it looks like San Antonio won that series. My favorite team got a win against the Spurs, but I'm not getting all dreamy because they had Duncan out at the time. SA is ready, and Garnett has not ever gotten past them in the playoffs. LA beat the Spurs a few years ago, then blew out teh Timberwolves. You think the East is going to do something.....
