^^^ So why post? Anyway, I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that it hasn't happened yet, and probably never will. Players get injured, it's just part of the game. The game is physical, so obviously, there'll always be injuries. Like dallasdude stated, the Pistons' Fab 5 went nearly with no injuries, but that's just 5 guys. You're talking about 12 guys, working hard and playing a physical game nearly every day for a long time. Obviously, at least one of them will get injured sometime.
