wasnt hakim projected to be a really high pick initially? nobody is talking about him anymore...whats happend? anybody got any news on how his workouts were going?

i dont see why he cant be a low post player in the nba? he's long and athletic, and a decent defender. all he'd need to do is develop a decent jump shot, and he could be a really good player...least i thought? someone correct me if im wrong...whats wrong with hakim? i was really stokked on his nba career

but plz dont answer with the whole "he's too small to be a power forward" business...if tim thomas whos 6'10 can play small forward, so can hakim

Warrick is way to skinny to play pf and does not have the perimeter skills to play sf.

Nice to see you back DJ. Warrick has been rumoured to go anywhere from 9-18. I don't think he will go any lower than 17 or 18. He had a couple of workouts against Granger and lots of scouts said it was a great battle between the 2, as they both held their own against eachother. There wasn't an empty seat in the gym to see that workout. Being a Syracuse fan, I'm hoping Warrick will succeed and I think he will.

BTW, can't wait to see who Babcock drafts tonight. Let's hope he doesn't blow it like last year. [IMG]

From what I know, it got real low a few weeks ago but he steadily raised it with good workouts to where it should've been all along. Like Bobcats said he's project from 9-18.

From the latest Insider reports, Warrick is highly sout after by the Warriors camp. He will get a long look from them at #9 and I wouldnt personally be suprised if he does actually go #9.

I have heard he can go any where from 8-15 in this years draft. The Magic have scouted him, but are expected to take Wright if they can not get Webster (which is not likely he will be on the board). I think ther eis no way he will get past the Nets that is the lowest he will go if he does slip.
