Nash kind of looks like a coach killer now. He played hard for Torts. He's dogging it now. I thought a lot of guys have played hard for AV. Problem is that Hank has been lousy this season and there is a lack of talent on defense now with Sauer and Staal being ruined. Seems like Nash only buys in if he thinks the team is good. He's kind of adapted a losing mentality from Columbus. If he thinks the team blows, he just dogs it. Tough call on what to do with him. Build a better team around him quick. Or trade his lazy ass. I'd build a better team around him. However, in order to do that you need a GM who still has a brain and isn't 100 years old.

Sather keeps trying to trade a defenseman for a defenseman. Think harder Glen you moron. Teams looking to add a defenseman don't want to do that unless it's a prospect not on the team.

Nash can flat out dominate games. However, you pretty much can tell when your on a team if your team has a legit chance of winning anything. This team clearly doesn't.

Nash needs to be better. Last 31 games as a Ranger he has 7 goals. Simply not good enough from our stud, 7.8 mill cap hit, star.

Point of fact. There is no leadership on this team. They all look
like they feel sorry for themselves. Pitiful description of hockey
club. A top 5 pick looks promising.

IDD at all about Nash. He had a good season last year for the most part. But his playoffs told a different story about the player, in tough defensive games he melted. This year he has been mostly a non impact player. Hank is just horrible, it still kills me they gave him that contract at 31 years old. That deal, unless he wakes up is going to be like one of those Yankee contracts were one of their star players gets a big deal to thank them for the past years of glory. And Hank has never been a great stand on your head guy in the playoffs IMO. We always end up saying that about the other teams goalie when we get knocked out of the playoffs. Overall he has been superb though, so don't get me wrong. Still that contract is going to be a real PITA when you need to fix the team up like they obviously do.
