the question for who is that wC power is if san antonio and the mavs are included... i read in a previous article that those 3 were trying for smith. but with the emergence of the hornets and the blazers becoming a formidable team, i dont think SA is that much of a WC power, unlike before. The mavs are maybe top 3 or 4... so does that mean that the lakers are the team that proposed something? LOL
