<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Atlanta Hawks will have $20 million of cap space to work with this offseason and it is likely that they will target one or more of the young frontcourt players who will be available. Tyson Chandler, Eddy Curry and Samuel Dalembert will lead the class. The Bulls have said they'll match offers extended to either or both Chandler and Curry. Atlanta also will be the frontrunners for winning the lottery, but even if they select Andrew Bogut, Chandler, Curry or Dalembert would fit in with their plans.</div> Hawks want Bulls
Hopefully they don't eye too hard on Chandler and Curry. I want to see them back in Chicago in so many ways. They've been great for that team this year and I think each has done more than enough to prove their worthy of a new contract.
And I was thinking that the Rockets would have a chance of getting Chandler. If the Bulls are going to match the MLE that would be the max that Houston can offer, it's bad news for me.
I dont really want Eddy Curry because of his rep of being lazy and not wanting to do the work he needs to be a great player but he has changed this season. I'd rather have Tyson Chandler because IMO he would fit the Hawks better and the enviroment would be a good one for him to succeed in. Dalembert is my least wanted of the three, even though he's one of my favorite players he's not the offensive minded type of big man the Atlanta Hawks need/want.

He's just like Dalembert. He's a defensive minded player first. That's why he's getting nearly 2 bpg and close to 10 rpg compared to his 8 ppg. He's the opposite of Curry, which is why those two work so well as teammates. You have one in there for offense, and one in there for when you need to come up with defensive stops. So, if the Hawks want an offensive minded center, their first choice would be Curry, not Chandler.
