The second-year swingman suffered the injury following a dunk in the second quarter against the Sacramento Kings last Sunday. Hayes's injury was originally listed as right knee tendinitis, but he knew it was more serious. "I felt a pop," Hayes said, but he didn't receive the official word until an X-ray revealed a crack on Thursday. "I was speechless, upset," he said, wondering what he could do to come back. "I feared the worst. [Stuff] like that happens. Excuse my language."</div>

    How..the..hell..do..you..misdiagnos..an..injury..like..this?

This is the second time they have messed up this year, they being the medical staff, clearing Kwame was the first one early in the season. We def. need a better staff, but I really don't think Hayes will be missed too much..he has struggled all year long, maybe he can heal his thumb now..
