Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder says he's "disappointed" that Albert Haynesworth has skipped the team's minicamps and offseason workouts.

Snyder spoke to reporters Saturday at the dedication of an inner city football field that has been refurbished by the Redskins and the NFL.

The Redskins have paid Haynesworth $32 million in guaranteed money over the last 15 months, but the two-time All Pro defensive tackle is staying away from the team because he's unhappy with the switch to a 3-4 defense under new coach Mike Shanahan.
