The Heat have gotten off to a pretty good start and its obvious that Dwyane Wade and Shaquille O'neal have played a major part in the team's exceptional performance  Wade is shooting better and playing like an MVP as of late and Shaq is still as dominating as ever But it seems like a certain player doesn't get much recognition from media and fans I'm talking about Udonis Haslem the guy's a beast , give him some credit , its only his 2nd year in the NBA and he's been huge for the Heat, even though he's undersized at the 4 Check out some of his Numbers MPG RPG PPG 31.5 8.4 11.3 If the Heat want to go all the way this year, they'll need their other players to step up (Eddie Jones, Wesley Person and Haslem) The man deserves respect
Haslem is da sh--. He was the first Heat player to build chemistry with Shaq. He adapts well to any player you put around him. He still needs to improve on his defense but I think he is a great piece to have in the Heat's puzzle. You can also see him gradually improving every game. If weren't for the foul trouble you would see him averaging 40mpg.
He has been playing great and it is nice to see some guys other than Wade and Shaq stepping it up this year. Might I mention, Haslem is a Florida boy! He was born in Miami and went to UF. Go Haslem!
Haslem is a great role player and component for the Heat. He has been playing great. Not to an all-star leve but higher than the average Joe. He does all the little things that make a team great. ^ That is true Haslem went to UF!! Ironic how things work out.
To get to the Elite level we really need Jones to step it up... badly. We also need Person to hit the 3s, and Jones to handle the ball well. Until then we'll be a great team, but not yet elite.
amazingly we are winning with 2 good players 1 good role player in my opinion. That's damon jones and his 3pointers. What's up with the should be role players eddie jones and rasual, I mean they are starters. They need to step up.
