amazingly, anthony carter, who is a player worth the minimum, pulled out of the last season of his lucrative deal, which now means the heat will have the money to either pursue one marquee free agent (JO, kidd etc) or two second tier free agents (arenas, odom etc). this could make things very interesting, my bet is the heat make a play for GP, who is a longtime riley fave
Anthony Carter probably wont be in the NBA next year if he pulled out of his deal. If you cant get steady point guard minutes on the heat you must really SUCK.
i just read further and apparently carter had to exercise his player option for this season by the 1st of july or something, and he claims he "forgot". thats a costly mistake. do u wanna change ur name to homer junior? the kids could call you "ho-ju"
