LeBron James warmed up, got dressed and grabbed a seat. Like an ordinary fan, he watched the Heat, who had some guy named Jarvis Varnado playing for them. And Miami won without James -- and most of its other stars. James sat on the bench in street clothes as Norris Cole stripped Kyrie Irving of the ball with 2.2 seconds left to give Miami, with coach Erik Spoelstra resting his starters and most of his top players for the playoffs, a 96-95 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night.
