<div align="left">? A year ago this week, teammates predicted greatness for Dwyane Wade. Now they're heaping lavish praise on swingman Dorell Wright. But unlike Wade, Wright might not get much playing time as a rookie.</div>

<div align="left">While Shaquille O'Neal said, unprompted, ''That kid can play,'' Wade predicts Wright, 18, will become a superstar. Added Eddie Jones: ``Dorell's upside is ridiculous. I've never seen a kid from high school shoot the ball like that.''</div>

<div align="left">Said Udonis Haslem: ``Dorell is two years ahead of his age. He's got a mid-range game, and young kids don't do that.''</div>

<div align="left">Coach Stan Van Gundy said, ''We think he'll develop faster rather than slower,'' but ``he's looking at Eddie Jones, Wesley Person and Rasual Butler ahead of him.'' </div></div>

<div align="left">I really hope this kid steps up and prove he's ready to play. Everybody is saying this kid is going to be good I'm just waiting see what's all the hype about [IMG]</div>

    <div align="center"><div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"><font size="3">Eddie Jones and O'Neal</font></div>

<div align="left">? Jones, who shot a career-low 40.9 percent from the field last season, said it's no coincidence he converted his highest percentage (48.4) as O'Neal's Lakers teammate in 1997-98. ''Look what you can do with time to shoot,'' Jones said.</div>

<div align="left">? O'Neal claimed it was a psychological ploy when he questioned Jones' ability to play under pressure in Shaq's book. ''I'm probably not going to use that method because it didn't work,'' O'Neal said. </div></div>

    <div align="left">Shaq is growing up :')</div>

<div align="left">Anyways like it says, Jones was a better shooter around Shaq so expect Jones to go up by 8%-10% in his FG and about 6%-8% from the 3PT. This also goes for anyone who plays along Shaq.</div>

    <div align="center"><div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> <font size="3">SVG on Shaq</font></div>

<div align="left">? Van Gundy, on Shaq: ``I'm a little amused, and I don't know where it comes from. Everybody seems absolutely frightened of this guy. . . . [Some say] this is a guy that doesn't want to be coached [or] told anything. I don't see that in him.'' </div></div>
    <div align="left"> </div>
<div align="left">Being around a team enviroment helps. It's gonna turn him into a better player than he already is.</div>

    <div align="center"><div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"><font size="3">Damon Jones has high expectations</font></div>
<div align="left">? First lofty prediction comes from point guard Damon Jones, who says, ''After this season, I will be looked at as one of the elite guards in this league.'' Jones wears a wristband that says, ''specialist.'' The Kings' Peja Stojakovich asked him during a game last season, ``What are you specializing in?'' </div> </div>

<div align="left">It's good to see that he's got his goals set and wants to be great. I don't think he will be elite but who knows: he played good last year and did great against the Pistons. His defense needs to improved but once he does he's gonna be a valuable asset to this team. Plus he's playing along side Shaq so I there's no doubt this will be his best season.</div>

O'Neal has been impressed with rookie Dorell Wright, and he foresees a bright future for the 18-year-old.

''Right now he's pretty good,'' O'Neal said. ``He has a lot of guys here to watch, a lot of guys here to work with. And he could probably be one of the top players one day, if not this year, maybe next year if he listens, plays hard, plays well. I look forward to helping him become one of the greatest players ever to play the game.'' </div>
