Any of you have experience with it? I was fixing my deck yesterday and around 5 o clock I started getting chills and feeling weak. Knew something was up.

Today I haven’t felt much better. Less chills but still feel weak and beat up with a bad headache.

Just curious if anybody has had experience with this how long it took to mend and start feeling better?

I know you should stay hydrated and avoid salty stuff...also not sure if you do this but wear a wide brimmed straw hat in the sun It's the brain that gets overheated first. Hope you feel better but if you don't you should have a saline drip treatment. Another thing is avoid ice cold liquids...you don't put cold water in a hot radiator

You should take the next week off from work and go to Mexico.

I can write you a note if you need one.

Okay so sounds like normal for the body to feel shit for a couple days. If I don’t feel any better by tomorrow evening than I’m going urgent care Wednesday morning

No, no deck stain. Basically put it on jacks and re-cemented the beams.

But I was out in the heat all day yesterday

If you have a regular doctor you should call their office tomorrow.

meanwhile a cold wet towel on the neck and wrists can help lower your body temp pretty fast

yeah...but it's the drip that cleans the blood....salt is a cleanser but it's not abrasive like rock salt or salt crystals...salty snacks dehydrate you ...saline solution in the blood stream does not. You want the best of both worlds....rinse the body fluids with saline and stay hydrated..salt crystals stop you from being able to sweat out toxins...saline solution removes toxins
