Laettner is expected to go on the injured list today with plantar fasciitis of his right foot, and Haslem is a gametime decision because of a slightly separated shoulder. Mourning, who has played center his entire career, is likely to see time at power forward alongside O'Neal. "That would be fantastic," Mourning said. "Shaq and I have been talking about that. Zo needs to be playing a lot more. He needs to get in shape for the playoffs. Sitting in the bench is not helping him and the Heat.
