Heat: Zo & Shaq Will Share Floor Tonight

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">There have been "twin towers" in the NBA before.

David Robinson and Tim Duncan had the label in San Antonio. Ralph Sampson and Hakeem Olajuwon teamed up in Houston. Now, according to Shaquille O'Neal, the "real twin towers" will be on display tonight when the Heat plays at Houston. At some point, O'Neal will appear in the lineup with Alonzo Mourning for the first time this season.

"The real twin towers," O'Neal said. "Not one real tower and one b------- tower with a messed-up view. These two twin towers are facing the ocean."

Mourning will receive more playing time with injuries to forwards Christian Laettner and Udonis Haslem. Laettner is expected to go on the injured list today with plantar fasciitis of his right foot, and Haslem is a gametime decision because of a slightly separated shoulder. Mourning, who has played center his entire career, is likely to see time at power forward alongside O'Neal.

"That would be fantastic," Mourning said. "Shaq and I have been talking about that. One thing he mentioned to me, he said, `Man, we're going to make history.' I thought about it and I said, `You know, that is a historical moment with both of us on the court.'"</div> Source

Zo needs to be playing a lot more. He needs to get in shape for the playoffs. Sitting in the bench is not helping him and the Heat.
