Former Olympic wrestler and current Strikeforce heavyweight prospect Daniel Cormier (4-0) on Friday night picked up his fourth stoppage win in as many career outings.

The American Kickboxing Academy product also picked up his second regional title in just two weeks – this time the King of the Cage heavyweight championship.

Cormier's submission win over the previously undefeated Tony Johnson capped-off the HDNet-televised portion of "King of the Cage: Imminent Danger," which took place Friday night at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino in Mescalero, N.M.

With the King of the Cage heavyweight belt on the line (or, as referee Cecil Peoples curiously announced prior to the contest, "the most prestigious belt in the world"), Corimer took advantage of his wrestling pedigree after a brief striking exchange and worked safely into position for the rear-naked choke. Johnson tapped out at the 2:27 mark of the opening round.

Cormier, who debuted in September 2009, also claimed the Australian-based organization Xtreme MMA's belt with a TKO victory on July 31.
