    I'm surprised he turned that deal done. Almost $9M per is about right for Hedo.

    Based on how much it sounds like Portland covets him, I wouldn't doubt they'd throw a 5yr, $50+ mil contract at him. If they do get them, they would certainly improve themselves and he would be a solid compliment to Brandon Roy. He'd also give them someone who can be the primary ball handler when Roy isn't on the court.

    Wow $10M for Hedo? I can't imagine Portland signing him for that amount and length. Maybe Orlando will work a sign & trade?

    I think he just wants to test the open market and see how it affects his value. Don't think he'll come close to $10mill/per, with Portland as the only legitimate suitor for him. But he could maybe get a 5 year offer from a team.

    Yeah I thought it looked off too. I thought max deal is 4 years and only 5 years if you sign with your current team.
