Initially, when the All Star reserves were announced, it could be argued that all of the forwards deserved to be there in their own right, even though it meant that an otherwise deserving Heo Turkoglu was left out. Caron Butler, Paul Pierce and Antawn Jamison have been playing extremely well this season. Adding Rasheed Wallace to replace Garnett is another matter entirely. Yes he has good numbers all around, both offensively and defensively. Sure, he plays a key role for a top team. But is he playing better this season than Hedo? Is he making that much more of a contribution to his team's success, even proportionally? As the answer to both questions is NO, it is fair to say that Hedo has not only been snubbed twice in the same season, but unfairly the second time.
Way to double post initially there Swish Gotta agree here though, talk about a screw job. Wallace is having a solid season, but his 13/7 aren't nearly what Hedo is putting up nor is he as important to the Pistons. If you take away Hedo this year or if he isn't playing as well as he is, I don't think the Magic make the playoffs.
