Hedo has been good/consistent in the Pre-Olympic games, I think he will make a big impact this year coming off the bench or starting, by running or shooting the three. He is also a pretty good defender. If Hill cant play, Hedo will be a very good fit in that spot. Any thoughts?
It's been pretty evident throughout this guy's career that he can give you a lot off the bench running the court, shooting the ball or both. The only thing that I question on this guy is his defense. Oftentimes European players have a hard time playing the more physical kind of defense that is played in the NBA. Of course, it has to do with the less physical play of European leagues. I haven't seen this guy play enough to make a fair judgment on this part of his game, but I know he's a good threat on offense. But other than that, I think that while the guy got a overly large contract from us, he will be a good contributor off the bench. If nothing else, he offers a backup plan if Grant Hill gets injured again.
