    Please, somebody tell me how to make the team's badge a part of the background, I've tried to find a tutorial for this thing, but unfortunately I haven't found !!

    put it on the canvas and set to soft light and reduce opacity to 70% and hit CTRL + U

    There's other ways to do it though, you can use the eraser with a soft edge and low opacity to make some parts of the badge more visible than others without getting rid of it all. Putting it on soft light is usually the best thing to start with though because it blends it in with the background without making it invisible but not too visible either.
