So I'm putting together a blog where I'll be looking at how to improve the odds of picking winning entries in the ESPN "Streak For The Cash" game. Having read books like Freakanomics and Super Crunchers, this sort of data analysis has made me interested and I think some extra insight could be derived from looking at the confidence of the picks (the amount of people choosing a winner) vs. the amount of time they actually win. It may not be much, but if it improve the chance of picking from a coinflip to...75%, then that's a much better chance of winning the game. Anyways, I want an interesting, catchy name for the blog but can't think of anything creative, so I'm soliciting for ideas. Also, do you guys think I should post at Blogger or Wordpress. I like the tools at Wordpress more, but I think Blogger might give me more exposure in Google searches. Thanks guys.
