Would anyone here be able to translate a line from a song into "legal-ease"?

I'm working on an art project inspired by the Bob Marley song "3 Little Birds" and need to know how an attorney would say, "Don't worry about a thing, 'cause every little thing is gonna be all right" without getting sued. :devilwink:

A lawyer wouldn't say that. But here's my shot at it (I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one on the internets).

Excessive concern is unjustified, because it is more probable than not, assuming nothing material changes in the interim, that all aspects of this issue will ultimately be resolved in your favor.

Isn't "nice attorney " an oxymoron?

    "We'll talk about that later."
    "The Court will decide."

"I will only represent you for the current action, not if you want to take it further."

    Translation:
"I can't tell you any future direction or why we're still suing. Right now we're just filing this form which is easy money for me. Stop asking why or I'll fire you as a client."

We do? I didn't know I was directing this specifically to EdO but thank you for clarifying.

FYI - You may not realize it but there are several attorneys who post on this board... sounds like you just don't know who they are and I'm not telling. :pimp:

Spud I do know a nice attorney. She got me a settlement in a job discrimination suite back in '05. I can't give details due to requisite confidentiality agreement but suffice to say when I bought my Toyota I paid in full. She is a Bay Area Blazers fan. Her father officiated at Maurice Lucas' wedding. What more could you want? Oh yes, her phone number? (She's single but alas straight.) (Of course so is Spud.)
