I'm preparing myself to get ready for all the Heat bandwagoners who were never Miami fans but will now be on their jocks. I'm starting to see it in my co-workers already. I also cannot wait to see all of the Miami sigs and avatars that will all of a sudden be popping up everywhere. hahaha, I hate bandwagoners! Losers!

Hey, after watching game one of the Heat - Hornets series I knew that they weren't gonna lose any at home unless they were playing someone really good. I jumped on the Dwayne Wade bandwagon and not the Shaq one.

I actually think that the Heat pulled a Herschel Walker and screwed up.

And I've liked Bryan Grant for a long time now, too bad hes a Laker and I am required to hate him [IMG] .

But at most they could only be my favorite team out East.

Wolves are a 1000000000000^200000 times better then the Heat.

Im all over the Dwayne Wade bandwagon, and I like Odom, Jones and Butler a lot, so I liked the Heat. But, im not a fan of Shaq. Id expect that Shaq and Wade jerseys will sell through the rough next year, Shaq in particular. But im not getting on that bandwagon. They'll be a fun team to watch though.

Whats wrong with being loyal to certain players? The Heat will not be my favorite team but I will certainly pull for them, especially against the lakers who if you are a true lakers fan will have you holding a grudge.

You live in Philly but you like The pistons does that mean your a bandwagon loser?

Anyway I followed Shaqs career since he was drafted by Orlando. So I will like the Heat a lot now. Of course the Sixers will always be my favorite team. I like the Heat before too though when Dwayne Wade came. Hes a exciting player to watch. AI and Shaq are two players I followed since they were drafted.( I plan of followning LeBron too) Ai mainly cuz he was drafted by the Sixers. I was a small Miami fan before like I watched a few of their games and their play off games. I remember that game against Dallas. That was great. I will probably get Shaqs jersey too. I had Dwaynes for like 2 months now.
I guess I can be considered a bandwagoner. So What?

haha, well its to be expected, as long as people don't start acting like they know everything about the team when they never even liked them before.
I can hope the bandwagon won't come but who am I kidding, go Wade and Haslem.

i was actually more of a Miami fan before they made the trade...their whole style of play will be different now that Shaq is clogging up the middle [IMG]

    * run down the floor, pass it in to Shaq, Shaq passes back to player, player passes back to Shaq...repeat until Shaq gets a decent look and shoots the ball *

Well I'm still a fan, but I'll agree I preffered the pre-trade team, but what you going to do, I'm not going to get down because they made the trade.

Really though, after how the team did, I think we'll do just as good as we would've without the trade this year, not really any bettter.
Last year we had the bad start, and all that, Butler didn't fit in till later, and Wade was injured a lot.
If we could've aqcuired a big man, and had everyone back and improving their's not really much stopping us from being top 3 in the East and having a lot of wins.

How can they have a bandwagon when they hardly improved If at all? they have basically no depth at any position, no real shooters or decent small forwards.

This trade KILLS Miami for the future, when Shaq is struggling to play even 60 games for the next few years everyone will agree.

This trade does not put the Heat as better than the Pistons or Pacers, so why bother breaking up the young core? totally pointless.

EXACTLY! you go with your favorite player, I didn't like the Wiz b4 Jordan tried his comeback with them. I did like the Heat before they were fun to watch, but no way my fav team that's the Bulls and the Kings. If Kobe goes to the Clips the Kobe fans will like the Clippers better then the Lakers. You go to the team with your favorite players. The Carter fans if he does go to dallas might like the mavs. So don't rip on ppl who change their stuff to heat, i'm not going to be one of them, but Miami is heating up. Bulls 4ever!

I started liking the heat since those epic late 90 battles versus the Knicks. I stopped liking them for a while, then when they drafted Caron I started routing for them because I loved Caron in the NCAA. Last year getting Wade and Odom was the icing on the cake for them being my #2 team in the East. I still like them, but not as much because they wont be as exciting, because they'll be more of a half court team now with the Big Diesel.

I'v elike them since they drafted Caron, and then they were my favourite team when they drafted Wade... not when Wade started to do good like most people who like Wade...

yea true, even though the bulls are my favorites, i was going for the blazers when they had pippen and SHOULD have beaten the lakers and would have easily beatne the pacers, total melt-down, 15 point lead and blew it, would have been another ring for pippen because he only has 6.
